Incase you signing in using a third party services like google we may get information like to your email address, photo, user name and birthdate.
Your User Content- When you use the Service to record workflows, we collect your clicks, keystrokes, events, and the content on your screen during the recording period.

Data collection on your clicks, keystrokes, and screen images only occurs during this recording period. You may choose to have information shared by you removed at any time by contacting us at info@addfloat.com.

Analytics information - We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Mix Panel, segment, etc.), to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service.

We collect and use this analytics information to improve the product's performance, introduce new features, and not to manipulate any particular individual user.

We are using third-party tools like NewRelic, Datadog, Render, and Cloudflare to store/log this information for product improvement.

Storage and Processing Location - All your Information and media assets collected through the Service will be safely stored and processed by us in the United States. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be transferred, processed, or held by us in the USA and other countries outside of your country of residence, and used for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We are currently hosting your data in the AWS S3 data center located in the United States and using Cloudflare CDN for caching.

Keeping your information safe - We care about the security of your information and inorder to protect your privacy and security, we take steps to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account information and for controlling access to your email communications from us at all times. However, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

Service Providers- We may share your information in the following ways: we use many third-party tools to provide the best customer experience and we may share your information as needed to help us operate our business where we have a legitimate interest to do so. These include sub-processors that are held to data protection standards no less rigorous than applicable data protection laws require.
